Commissions that are marked as personal use, I have full permission to use the work for the following:

The client will have exclusive rights to the work for personal purposes and may use the work as they see fit so long as no profit is gained, be it directly or indirectly. The client may use the work for the purposes of:
Profile picture
Social media posts
Commercial use
Commissions that are marked as commercial use, I do not have full permission to use the work for the following without the client's permission:
Promotional material
Social media posts
Portfolio
The client will have exclusive rights to the work for commercial and personal use as they see fit. If the commission is used for merchandise, royalty fees will be added.
Payment & Refund
Payment is made through a PayPal invoice or Buymeacoffee.
Payment will be made upfront. Payment plans are accepted when the commission totals from $100 beyond.
Refund will be divided into each stage:

Clients will not receive a refund after each stage is confirmed, even after cancellation.
Clients can receive a full refund if it's pass the deadline or I am unable to finish your commission from life inconvenience.
Additional fees will be added for designing, complex designs, and exceeding the modification limit ( maximum is 3 ).
In the event of a price update, if the client has held onto a slot before the change, they will only be charged with the previously listed prices.
Order & delivery
I am not obligated to accept every order.
You must fill in the form with the necessary detail and wait for my response, if I don't end up responding for 1 week, you may resend your form.
Commission ( art ) can take from 1-3 weeks. Commission ( animation ) can take from 1-3 months.
If I have unpredictable life event, I will notify the client and ask for an extentsion should the client permit it.
If the client does not respond to me after I reach out to them for 2 weeks, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded.
After the piece is delivered, no refunds can be made.
The client cannot use the art for ai training, crypto currency and nfts. Any attempts in using them for the following above will get you blacklisted.
Order form
Name: your preferred name.
Paypal email/Buymeacoffee handle: the email connected to your PayPal/your buymeacoffee username. If you pay with nitro then just write nitro.
Contact preference: Your preferred way of contact ( Discord, Instagram, Twitter or Kofi ).
Type of commission: State the commission type.
Description of Commission: It should include fees and a detailed description of what you want the commission to be.
License use: Please choose either commercial or personal use based on what you're going to use it for. >Read Click/press near the arrow to see where your commission falls under.
After you fill out the form, you may reach out to me and wait for my response. In the situation that I don't reply within 48 hours, you may resend your form again.
