Terms of Service

Overarching Terms

I have the rights to immediately refuse giving my service for the following:

  • Choosing the wrong license in form

  • Request for style mimicry, even with the og artist's permission

  • Racism, Bigotry, anti-LGBTQ+, and similar harmful political views and ideologies.

  • A lack of reference, AI-generated reference ( this is an exception if you're scammed ), and any similar

The client cannot, under any circumstances, omit my signature from the finished piece ( exceptions can be made depending on the commission type ).The client cannot use the commission for AI training, NFTS, and the like. Any attempts will result in an immediate blacklist and I will report the related post for copyright.By commissioning me, you have agreed to my ToS, unless a term is unreasonable, you'll be automatically blocked and blacklist at violations/attempts of violation.

Licensing

I have all rights as an artist ( unless the client has paid the NDA fees ) to use the commissioned work for the following no matter what the license is:

  • Portfolio building

  • Commission examples

  • Social media posting

Clients can use the commission with credit in the following term:

  • Personal use:PFP for chat prominent type social media ( Discord, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp, and the like ) and social media posting

  • Commercial use: PFP for any social, promotional material, social media posting, stream material

  • Commercial merchandising: Digital and Physical merchandise

Refunds

All payments will be paid upfront, and should be paid through Vgen's payment system, attempts to pay off site will result in an auto decline.Refund will be divided into each stage:

  • Sketch: 75% ( for art ), 70% ( for animations )

  • Base colour: 45% ( for art ), 30% ( for animation )

  • Final touches: 15% ( for art ), no refunds for animation

Clients will not receive a refund after confirming the progress if they decide to cancel the commission.Clients can receive a full refund if it's pass the deadline or I am unable to finish your commission from life inconvenience.If a situation arise that requires the client to cancel the commission, depending on the stage the client will receive the refund except from fees spend on the commission.

Revisions

Clients can revise as much as they want during sketch phase, they'll be given a grace period of 48 hours to respond. If no response was given, I will move onto the next phase.Commission with a 36 hour fee add on are given 2 hour to respond due to the urgency of the commission, if no response is made within the time frame, the commission will move onto the next phase.After the sketch has been confirmed, anymore revision will be required to pay extra revision fee except from small changes( the fee will be dependent on what needs to be fix ), any details I forgot to add or missed are free of charge.

Deadlines
and
delivery

Deadlines are stated within each respective form, unless the client request for a specific deadline, I will work within the time frame stated in each service.Artworks with priority/rush fee are pushed up in the queue, it does not mean the commission will be finished at a quicker pace, any attempts of rude behaviour or passive aggressive comments will result in no refunds.Client(s) who requested priority/rush fee are allowed to ask for a shorter deadline. The maximum is a 1 week TAT for art, and 3 weeks for animation.Before marking as done, the client will be asked to confirm the details one more time to make sure no details are left out or the client wants to change something. Once marked as complete, clients cannot ask for any fixes.
